My career has been shaped by a strong commitment to supporting people and enhancing their experiences, whether through direct client interaction or managing service operations. When I first moved to Sweden, I volunteered with a local international group in my city, where I helped organize and manage events aimed at connecting newly arrived internationals, helping them integrate and feel at home in their new community.

When I moved to Sweden, I experienced what it’s like to start fresh in a new country.

My path to K2 has been shaped by a mix of professional experience and personal growth — and at the heart of it all has always been a desire to support and connect with people.

Before joining K2, I spent over 13 years working in customer service and customer experience management across different industries. These roles gave me a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and understanding people's needs, especially during times of stress or uncertainty. I learned the value of empathy, adaptability, and how much of a difference it can make when someone truly listens and guides you through a process.

I volunteered with a local international group in my city, helping organize events for newcomers to connect with each other, share experiences, and feel more at home. That time was incredibly meaningful to me. Not only did it help me settle in, but it also opened my eyes to how impactful it is to have support during such a big life transition.

That experience naturally led me toward immigration consulting. I wanted to take what I had learned both professionally and personally and use it to help others going through similar journeys. When the opportunity at K2 came along, it felt like the right fit. Here, I’ve been able to combine my background in service with my own understanding of the relocation experience, and it’s incredibly rewarding to help clients navigate these big changes with confidence and care.

All of these experiences have shaped how I work today: with empathy, clarity, and a deep respect for the human side of every move.
